2020 Season Updates

HLL Families,
As the grass starts to green up, we're all itching to get the baseball season started. Although there are more questions than answers right now, we wanted to update everyone on the things we can.

First and foremost: We are planning to play a full season of baseball, starting as soon as we can. The most complicated situation is with Majors, due to the national level tournaments that tend to drive our dates. All of our other divisions have a bit more flexibility, and we will be able to establish full schedules as soon as our community and schools are cleared for normal activity.

Our start date is impossible to predict, but we want to hit the ground running. Please get registered as soon as possible so we can plan the correct number of teams. If you haven't registered for the 2020 season due to concerns about the season dates, it would help us as a league if you would start your registration process, so the order is "in your cart". That will give us some visibility of your intent to play, even if you haven't paid and fully registered yet. Please also note we're waiving all Late Fees this year, due to the unusual circumstances.

If your kids need to burn off some energy, you can find baseball activities at www.littleleague.org to get ready for the season, or contact your coaches for ideas on what to work on at home.

We're going to look at the bright side and enjoy skipping some of the bad spring weather we always deal with! Thank you for your understanding, and we'll continue to monitor and update as we know more.
